I'm one of those people who went to college at CU, fell in love with Boulder and never left.
I set out to be a museum curator, discovered CU had no Museology Department and convinced them to permanently set one up. That pretty much sums up my approach as a broker. I'm a natural problem solver who never takes her eye off the goal. Focused, determined, fiercely loyal to clients, I don't believe anyone should cut corners on a dream.
I have over 25 years of real estate experience, with a special affinity for neighborhoods downtown, on the Hill and in North Boulder--covering both ends of the market, condos to high-end homes.
Running a successful antique business for 5 years gives me an edge. From financing to negotiating, I respect the importance of every detail and know the value of having a loyal support team. My close relationships with lenders, inspectors, title companies, stagers and photographers serve my clients and make for smooth transactions.
A down-to-earth, plainspoken person, life for me is about home, family, friends and giving. I love traveling with my three children, and our last off the beaten path adventure took us from Albania to Serbia, 7 Balkan countries, and not a single hitch.
I have a passion for volunteering, and put this to action fundraising for the PTA, working with Share-A-Gift, and creating Rise & Read for parents to share breakfast and books with their children. I also spent 10 years running a food pantry, where I managed 20 volunteers that served 125 families around Boulder County.
WHY ME?
My clients would say I have excellent timing, a knack for being in the right place at the right moment, and I notice things others might miss, like homes with enormous potential that don't necessarily call attention to themselves.
I'm a never-say-never broker with behind the scenes knowledge of what's on the market, what's coming and who's looking. To me the journey is as important as the end goal, and I do my best to make the entire real estate experience not only successful, but enjoyable from beginning to end.
